Finished high school with honors. Recently had a few years at Yale.. but felt the need for a change, so he transferred to another university a couple months ago.. Family: Satan - Father, living. Lord of Hell. Jackal - Mother, deceased. Yes, it was a real jackal. Jeremy Thorn - 1st foster father, deceased. Killed by police in church. Kathy Thorn - 1st foster mother, deceased. Killed by boy's nanny. Richard Thorn - 2nd foster father, deceased. Killed by wife. Ann Thorn - Stepmother, deceased. Killed by boiler explosion. Marion - Aunt, deceased. Killed by heart attack because a demonic raven scared the shit out of her. Mark Thorn - Cousin, deceased. Killed by brain death. Friends: Too many to list individually. But to name a few.. Paul Buher, along with Sgt. Daniel Neff. Not to mention the numerous followers in his cult The Disciples of the Watch, who are to be placed in various positions in many walks of life (like priests, nannies, cops, senators, Boy Scouts, judges, etc) once he rises to power. Occupation: Antichrist, college student, CEO of Thorn Industries, cult leader Previous Employment: Cadet Known Likes: He likes meat, scaring animals, sex, giving big unholy speeches, being worshipped, getting his way. Basically, he likes.. being liked. But he knows that not everyone will, so he doesn't concern himself too much with it. Known Dislikes: He detests failure, incompetence. He exteemely dislikes anything or anyone of holy inclinations, especially those who follow God. Anything to do with the church is immediately put on his shit list. Fears: Hardly anything. Just those pesky daggers, but other than that.. he's quite confident that his dark destiny will be fulfilled. Although he does prefer not to be around any reporters, if he can help it. He also has a slight phobia of religious buildings, mostly churches, due to his foster father trying to kill him on an altar when he was six (another reason for that dislike is probably due to what he is, he just naturally detests anything holy). Powers: Mild telepathy. Hex/karma powers.. such as, if he thinks of something to happen, then it will, and usually in a creative yet painful way. Also can sort of compell weak-willed individuals to obey or commit suicide, but he rearely does this as it would attract unwanted attention (and until he goes political, he needs to keep a low profile). The jackal side of him gives him an ability to see in the dark, as well as a keen sense of smell. Weaknesses: Only one thing can kill him, the seven holy Daggers of Megiddo.. which have to be stabbed in a certain way, and must be done on a church altar. Immune to any disease, sickness, poison, or affliction. If hurt, he heals quick. Point in Canon you plan to bring your pup in from: Between 5-8 years after the second movie. History: Damien was adopted by American ambassador to Britain Robert Thorn and wife Katherine at their hospital after they lose their new son in what Robert believes is stillbirth, while his wife Katherine is unaware of the replacement. At the age of five, Damien's nanny is hypnotized by a demonic dog and mysteriously hangs herself at his birthday party, claiming to have done it for him. A priest from Italy, Father Brennan, who was at Damien's birth, warns Robert about his son and quotes an old prophecy about the Antichrist that Damien allegedly fills, but Robert will have none of it. Damien's new nanny Ms. Baylock, a servant of the devil, helps to guard him. Soon, things begin to come together; Damien begins to tremble with terror when his parents attempt to take him to a wedding in a church. As Katherine is pregnant with another child, Damien knocks her off a balcony with his tricycle and the unborn baby is killed. Katherine and her husband are now aware of what their son may be; with the help of photojournalist Keith Jennings, who is eventually killed in a freak accident, Robert investigates Brennan's own mysterious death and accepts that Damien is the Antichrist, born from a jackal and placed in his care so that he would rise up through the world of politics. An exorcist in Megiddo named Carl Bugenhagen gives Robert some ancient daggers he had inherited that could kill the Antichrist; Thorn brings Damien to a church to lower his influence, but police ambush him and he's killed before Damien is harmed. Damien's enemies are dead and he's left in the company of the President. Seven years later, Damien was now thirteen and living with his uncle Richard Thorn (a wealthy industrialist), his uncle's second wife Ann, and Richard's son from his first marriage, Mark. The young Damien doesn't understand his true potential, but others begin to suspect that he is not the sweet young boy that he appears to be. Within his life there are many people working to help him ascend to his rightful place as the Antichrist, but at the same time, lone journalists, doctors, scientists and friends all try to stop him and warn his foster parents. Mark sees (and hears) things he shouldn't, and although Damien has fond feelings for his cousin, nothing can stand in his way, so he kills him by causing a brain hemhorrage. This was probably the only death he regretted. After this, Richard starts to believe the warnings about Damien and tries to kill him with the Daggers of Meggido, but Ann refuses to let harm come to him, instead killing Richard with them before Damien sets the both of them on fire. Then he moved into Paul's estate, where he would continue to attend school. He would learn and practice. Not just for business and politics, but to hone and perfect his unholy attributes as well. Until the day comes for him to rule, until the world knows him as he truly is.. Damien will keep a low profile and pretend to play nice. That means donating to charity, saving puppies, opening homeless shelters and doing anything to make a good impression (while secretly scouting for potential followers to influnece). ************** Character DISCLAIMER: This is an rp.
